Wisps are small concentrated displays of elemental power.
Size: Should remain fairly small, should not be bigger than a fenroo's paw!
Allowed:
✅ Shapes can be small and simple, either solid, translucent, or outlined.
✅ They can float freely around the body, in any colour, and may glow or have a glowing outline.
✅ Different shapes can be used together, and they can flicker, shift, or move slightly.
Restrictions:
❌ Shapes must remain small.
